Another point of confusion for the home buyer is pricing. BEWARE! You will see a great deal advertised for new home construction everywhere, but ask questions! The price may only be for the actual construction and not include lot, lot preparation, government impact fees, surveys, water/sewer/well/septic costs, etc. These necessities costs thousands of dollars and are added to that original great deal price. We give you one complete price for everything unless it is an agreed allowance. Remember, in the new home market, a great deal, is getting what you pay for with no surprises at closing!
